At PrintVelo, all products are custom printed according to customer-provided details.

❌ No Refund / No Cancellation

• Once an order is confirmed and sent for printing, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Refunds are not applicable for spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer.

✅ Damaged / Wrong Order

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide order number and clear photos

Approved cases will be reprinted or resolved accordingly.
